Preparations are being made for a concert at McNair Field - home of the Forest City Owls baseball team. The concert will be a major event for the Town of Forest City, NC as headliner LeAnn Rimes takes the stage on Friday evening, September 11, 2009.
Gates will open at 5:00 pm with the first band taking the stage at 6:30. A wide variety of concessions, including artist merchandise, will be available.
“The concert will feature a line-up of 3 artists beginning with one of the best live performance groups in country music – Ricochet.
One of country music’s hottest new artists will follow as Fast Ryde takes the stage.
The headline artist for the evening is Curb Records recording artist LeAnn Rimes.
Advance ticket prices range from $20 to $40 and will be available for purchase beginning Monday, August 17, 2009 on-line at www.forestcityconcerts.com Ticket pre-orders will be sold Monday August 3rd and Thursday August 6th at a display inside McNair Field. This will provide fans an opportunity to save $5 per ticket, to get preferred seat selection, and to save the convenience fees associated with ordering online.
